What BankerAI is, what it is not, and the rules for using it.

Welcome to BankerAI ("we", "our", "the Service"). By using our website, WhatsApp channel, email list, or any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
BankerAI, operated by 999 E.EMPIRE LIMITED (RC 7102897), is an information and educational service that provides data-driven football match predictions generated by a machine-learning model we operate. We do not accept, place, or process bets. We are not a betting operator, financial adviser, or investment service.
Predictions are probabilistic estimates. Past performance never guarantees future results. You use any prediction we publish at your own discretion and risk.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use BankerAI.
3. Paid subscriptions
Current plan prices and available payment networks are displayed on the pricing page and confirmed on the checkout screen before you pay. Checkout is the authoritative price and network record for that transaction.
Founding-member pricing. Where the pricing page shows a founding offer, the rate you first pay is recorded against your account and remains available while you stay continuously subscribed to that plan. If the subscription lapses or is cancelled and you later re-subscribe after the offer has closed, the price available at that time applies.
Naira payments are processed by Paystack and are offered two ways, which you choose at checkout:
Monthly subscription — charged to a bank card and renewed automatically each month until you cancel. Paystack supports card only for automatic renewals. One-off payment — a single charge payable by bank transfer, USSD or card. Tier access lasts 32 days per payment, nothing renews automatically, and you will receive a reminder email before expiry.
USDT payments are processed by CryptAPI and are one-off on the same 32-day terms. The current USDT prices are $5 for Silver, $10 for Gold, and $15 for Diamond. The checkout screen confirms the exact amount and network before a payment address is created.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. One-off payments require no cancellation — access simply ends when the 32 days expire. Contact support with any refund or payment dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law gives you.
4. No betting or financial advice
Nothing on BankerAI constitutes financial, gambling, betting, or investment advice. You alone are responsible for any wager, expenditure or decision you make.
5. Responsible-gambling notice
Please do not risk more than you can afford to lose.
6. Bookmaker affiliate relationships
We may participate in affiliate programmes with licensed sports-betting operators. When you click a partner link and register with that operator, we may receive a referral fee.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
