Welcome to BankerAI ("we", "our", "the Service"). By using our website, WhatsApp channel, Telegram channel, email list, or any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

BankerAI is an information and educational service that provides data-driven football match predictions generated by a machine-learning model we operate. We do not accept, place, or process bets. We are not a betting operator, financial adviser, or investment service.

Predictions are probabilistic estimates. Past performance never guarantees future results. You use any prediction we publish at your own discretion and risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use BankerAI.

3. Paid subscriptions

Pricing is displayed on the Service in Nigerian Naira. Payment is processed by Paystack or Flutterwave. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where our published guarantees apply.

4. No betting or financial advice

Nothing on BankerAI constitutes financial, gambling, betting, or investment advice. You alone are responsible for any wager, expenditure or decision you make.

5. Responsible-gambling notice

Please do not risk more than you can afford to lose.

6. Bookmaker affiliate relationships

We may participate in affiliate programmes with licensed sports-betting operators. When you click a partner link and register with that operator, we may receive a referral fee.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
