BankerAI ("we", "our", "us") complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

What we collect

Data you give us: name, email, WhatsApp number, state, favourite team, tier interest, referral source. Automatically collected: approximate country from IP, anonymous analytics via Plausible/PostHog.

We do not collect ID cards, BVN, bank account details, precise geolocation, or the contents of your betting slips.

How we use your data

To deliver the Service, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and run our referral programme.

Who we share with

Only with essential processors: Paystack/Flutterwave (payments), Vercel/Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN + geo firewall), Resend (email), Plausible (analytics). We do not sell your data.

Your rights under NDPR

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent — all available. Email hello@bankerai.ng with subject "NDPR request".

Retention

Waitlist / free accounts: retained while active plus 12 months of inactivity. Paid subscriber records and receipts: 7 years (tax law).

Children

Strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
