What we collect, who processes it, and your rights under the NDPR.

BankerAI is operated by 999 E.EMPIRE LIMITED (RC 7102897), the data controller for the purposes of this policy ("we", "our", "us"). We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
What we collect
To create an account: your email address. That is the only field required — we send a 6-digit sign-in code to it, and there is no password. If you arrived through someone's referral link, we also store the referral code that sent you.
If you subscribe: a payment reference and customer code from our payment processor, so we know which plan is active and when it renews. Card details are handled entirely by the processor and never reach our servers.
If you contact us or send feedback: whatever you choose to put in the message, plus the page you were on and any rating you give. Email is optional on the feedback form.
Automatically: anonymous page-view and performance data via Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These record the page, referrer, approximate country, device type and loading speed. They do not set advertising cookies and do not follow you to other sites. If you ask the BankerAI Guide a free-text question, we count the question against a daily limit using a one-way hash of your IP address — the address itself is never stored.
In your browser only: your league, market and risk preferences are saved in your device's local storage. They are not sent to us and never leave your device.
We do not collect ID cards, BVN, bank account details, precise geolocation, or the contents of your betting slips.
How we use your data
To deliver the Service, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and run our referral programme.
Who we share with
Only with essential processors: Paystack (Naira payments), CryptAPI (USDT payment forwarding — we never see or store your wallet keys, only the public deposit address CryptAPI generates for each transaction), Vercel and Railway(hosting), Supabase (authentication), Brevo(transactional email), Formspree (delivers your feedback submissions to us by email), and Anthropic (generates AI Coach and BankerAI Guide answers — your question text is sent, your identity is not). We do not sell your data.
Your rights under NDPR
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent — all available. Email hello@bankerai.ng with subject "NDPR request".
Retention
Free accounts: retained while active plus 12 months of inactivity. Paid subscriber records and receipts: 7 years (tax law).
Children
Strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
