Delete your account

In the app or on the web

Sign in, open Settings, scroll to Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm. It happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no support ticket.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@bankerai.ng from the address on the account, with the subject Account deletion request. We action these within 30 days, as the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation requires.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Saved accumulator slips
• Your league, market and risk preferences
• Your email address everywhere else it appears — feedback, referrals and analytics records are stripped of it

What is kept, and why

If you ever paid for a subscription, the receipt is kept for seven years because Nigerian tax law requires it. It is de-identified first: your email is replaced with a one-way code, so the record can still be reconciled in an audit but no longer names you or links back to you.

Published predictions are not personal data and are unaffected — they record what the model said before a match, not who read it.
